Our commitments to you
Your plan’s price stays fixed for your monthly or annual term. Any increase to the same plan’s price applies only at renewal, with notice.
Growth never blocks donations, sign-ups or imports. You get a 10% contact buffer, then 30 days’ notice before moving to the smallest plan that fits. Annual upgrades charge only the discounted difference for whole months left.
Export your data free at any time, including for 30 days after cancellation. If your trial does not convert, your account stays read-only with export for 30 days before deletion, after warnings.
1% on online gifts, event tickets and shop sales, plus Stripe processing. No platform fee on cheques or grants entered by hand. The platform fee is capped at $200 per gift and refunded proportionally when a gift is refunded.
Terms & ConditionsWhat counts as an active contact?
A person who gave, registered for an event, submitted a form, signed a petition or pledge, participated in a program, volunteered or clicked an email link in the last 24 months. Gifts use their original date. Deleted or archived records, opens, deliveries, staff notes and imports do not count. Lapsed contacts stay on file free; emailing them uses your campaign-email allowance.
How many users can we invite?
Every plan includes unlimited users. Invite your whole team at no additional charge.
How does the AI allowance work?
Every plan includes an organization-wide AI allowance for each billing cycle, shown as a percentage with a breakdown. Chat pauses when the available allowance is used. Optional top-ups cost $10, $25 or $50, expire after 12 months and never renew automatically. A top-up is refundable only before any of it is used.
Can we import our existing data?
Yes. CSV and Salesforce imports are included, including during your trial. Bring exported files from other systems as CSV.
